After being tricked by Team Rocket once again, Ash and Misty crashland (in yet another blimp), on Tangelo Island. When they enter the nearby city, they discover a Lapras on the beach, whom is being beaten by trainers. Ash doesn't hesitate to intervene, and a battle erupts. However the battle is short-lived when 'Pokemon Watcher', Tracey Sketchit, interupts, and decides he wants to draw their Pokemon. Soon after the battle ends, the Lapras is rushed to Pokemon center, where it is healed and treated. But it isn't long before Team Rocket tries to get their hands on it.
